Your mission

Shape global partner enablement at Natuvion

As Technical Consultant Migration & Partner Enablement (m/f/d) you will be responsible for the global development and continuous enhancement of our Partner Enablement Program. By means of enablement and support, you will ensure that our consulting partners worldwide are able to successfully use Natuvion solutions and deliver customer projects with us at the highest quality standards. 

You combine technical understanding, strong training skills and strategic thinking to build a scalable partner training portfolio and measurably increase partner success.

Your responsibilities

Enablement

  • Responsibility for designing, expanding and continuously developing our global Partner Enablement Program

  • Development of structured learning paths for different partner roles

  • Creation and maintenance of training materials, certifications and digital learning formats

  • Planning and delivery of technical and functional training sessions — virtually and on site, for both partners and Natuvion colleagues.

  • Definition of relevant KPIs to measure training success and partner maturity

  • Analysis of training feedback and derivation of concrete improvement measures

  • Close collaboration with Product Development, Technical Migration, Sales & Partner Management, and People team

  • Support for strategic partners during onboarding and in developing their delivery capabilities

  • Building an active partner community through workshops and knowledge exchange

  • Ensuring consistent global quality standards in partner training 

 

Support

  • Support partners in resolving delivery-related questions and challenges.

  • Analyze partner issues, identify root causes and propose practical solution approaches.

  • Join partner project activities when needed to provide hands-on support and ensure successful delivery.

  • Share insights from support cases with the team to improve our support quality and enablement approach.

  • Identify recurring issues and feed them back into training content, documentation and enablement measures.

  • Pass along product feedback to product development to improve our solutions. 

Job requirements

What you bring

  • Strong experience in working with Natuvion DCS

  • If this expertise is not yet in place (for example, for an external hire) the role typically includes participation in technical migration projects as a Migration Expert alongside Partner Delivery Management activities to build hands-on experience.

  • Experience and/or a genuine interest in designing and delivering technical training programs

  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills

  • A passion for making complex technical content easy to understand

  • Independent, structured and internationally oriented way of working

  • Fluent English skills; German is an advantage

  • Willingness to travel for international partner training sessions
