We are seeking a highly skilled SAP CRM Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP CRM and a proven track record of implementing and optimizing CRM solutions to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the data migration and Natuvion DCS configuration of SAP CRM module.
• Gather and analyze business requirements related to data migration, translating them into functional specifications.
• Ensure consistency in the information that is to be migrated or tranformed.
• Define and perform validations of data migrated.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of CRM data to identify discrepancies and implement solutions to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide training to Natuvion internal colleagues on SAP CRM modules and offer expert advice on technical matters.
• Design and perform workshops for customers.
• Provide essential support for project planning, execution, and completion by leveraging the CRM data migration activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and optimize existing business processes. Develop tailored solutions that enhance efficiency and ensure compliance with regulations, including report generation and analysis.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP CRM trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP CRM implementation and support.
• Strong knowledge of SAP CRM modules and related technologies.
• Proficiency in ABAP programming and SAP ECC.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP certification in CRM.
• Experience with SAP HANA and SAP S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of integration between SAP CRM and other SAP modules.
