Your Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI models and algorithms to solve complex problems and enhance our products.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver AI solutions that meet business needs.

• Conduct data preprocessing and feature engineering to prepare data for modeling.

• Implement and optimize AI techniques such as semantic search, NLP, and recommendation systems.

• Ensure code quality and scalability through the use of typing tools like mypy and pyright.

• Generate comprehensive documentation and presentations to communicate findings and solutions.

• Analyze current AI scenarios, identify gaps, and discuss implementation possibilities with other engineers and stakeholders.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning to continuously improve our solutions.

Core Skills:

• Deep Learning and Machine Learning: Proficiency in frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.

• Large Language Models (LLMs): Understanding of current models and their applications.

• AI Techniques and Applications: Experience with various AI techniques such as semantic search, natural language processing (NLP), and recommendation systems.

• Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python, with a strong emphasis on scalable and understandable code using typing tools like mypy and pyright. Familiarity with Haskell is a plus.

• Data Preprocessing and Feature Engineering: Expertise in preparing and transforming raw data into suitable formats for modeling.

• Documentation and Presentation: Ability to generate comprehensive documentation and presentations.

• Collaboration and Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively within the team and with other stakeholders.

• Analyzing AI Scenarios: Ability to analyze the current basis for specific AI scenarios like Automatic Data Analysis, Root Cause Identification, Mapping Rule Generation, and other relevant areas for large scale data transformations. Identify gaps and discuss implementation possibilities with other engineers and stakeholders.

About Our Core Products:

• DCS (Data Conversion Server): An orchestration engine for designing, executing, and monitoring data transformation workflows within SAP systems.

• Compose: A programming language for DCS that enables bidirectional compilation, allowing DCS content to be converted into Compose code and vice versa, facilitating version control, continuous integration, and more.
