Product Support Specialist

Natuvion is a digital moving company. Our team does not transport tables, filing cabinets or chairs. Natuvion moves business-critical data and processes from one technology platform to another. Typical Natuvion "relocation services" include data migration, data transformation, data quality, data integration, data privacy, data security and data governance.

Your responsibilities:

• Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to SAP systems

• ​Providing technical support and training to users of internal SAP tools

• ​Collaborating with internal departments and supporting them in resolving common issues and requests

• ​Collaborating with the development team in implementing new features and enhancing existing tools

• ​Documenting procedures and improving internal processes

• ​Monitoring and resolving performance and availability issues of internal applications

• ​Basic knowledge of SAP system or willingness to learn

• ​Interest in information technology and motivation to gain experience in IT support

• ​Knowledge of basic principles of networks and operating systems

• ​Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies

• ​Knowledge of German at a communicative level
